If the first quarter is any indication of the rest of the year, 2009 will be incredibly exciting and busy. We are constantly working on behalf of the artists and labels that we represent and can see the fruits of our labor. Just this quarter, we reached three landmark deals under the Webcaster Settlement Act, sent out our thirty-second distribution—this time in excess of $20 million—and saw the re-introduction of the Performance Rights Act in both the House and Senate. read more |
