Most Wanted Monday: Groundhog edition

This week we’ll find out from that Pennsylvania groundhog whether we’ll have six more weeks of winter, or whether spring will soon be, well, springing. In an effort to tip the judging, SoundExchange is providing this list of most-wanted artists and labels whose spring-themed names we hope will put old Phil in a sunny mood.
