Singing spectacular solos that touch the Souls of fans. Surfing the crowd at Sold out Shows. Standing on stages and performing singles from Sun up to Sun down. Support for these artists is evolving. Spins on noninteractive digital radio Summon royalties in the artists’ names. Send these hard-working individuals a check? Of course, we’d love to, but they must REGISTER first.

We want you to know what’s happening in the new era of music. We want you to know about growth in digital music broadcasting. We want you to hear this information from big broadcasters, like Pandora. We want artists, managers and labels to stay connected with the new media that is accompanying the “streaming” revolution. We want you to register for the New Music Seminar being held June 17-19, in New York City. 

Testimonial Tuesday: Meet us at SXSW 2012

Everyday we send and receive countless emails, faxes and phone calls for the sake of distributing royalties. Some times we’re looking for an artist, other times we need updated payment information and even still there are times we need help cleaning up the data to identify who the royalties are owed to. It’s great that we have all these means of communication but we’d still like to meet you in person.

Most Wanted Monday: SXSW 2012 Edition

This week SoundExchange is attending one of the biggest conferences in music, the South by Southwest Music Conference.

We’ll be speaking on panels and stationed at booth 315 on the trade show floor. While at SXSW, of course, we’re looking to REGISTER  more artists.
