UPDATE (9/8/2017): If you have been affected by the flood throughout the Gulf Coast and want to submit a Direct Deposit form, they must be received NO LATER THAN September 12, 2017 in order to be processed in time for the September distribution.
SoundExchange wants to make sure our members in Houston and throughout the Gulf Coast receive their royalties in this time of tragedy.
If you currently receive your SoundExchange royalties via physical checks, you can update your account and receive royalties via Direct Deposit. To update your account, please complete our Direct Deposit form.
Please call our Customer Service line at 1-800-961-2091 so we can help you sign up for direct deposit or offer other options to make sure you receive your royalties.
Our next royalty distribution will be made in late September.
