SoundExchange Celebrates Black History Month 2021

February 1 marks the beginning of Black History Month, an annual celebration to honor the countless achievements of the Black community throughout history. This year, we’re handing over the microphone to some of the incredible Black music creators, managers, business executives, and other members of the SoundExchange community, who will bring these historic contributions to life.

We’ve asked each participant to record a video paying tribute to a milestone, person, or cultural highlight that means something to them this month. We’ll be posting these videos across our social media platforms, as well as adding them to this blog. Check back here for new videos throughout the month!
