Victor Zaraya

President; KIDZ BOP, a part of Concord

Mr. Zaraya is a founding member of the team that built the most successful kids music series in history. In his current role at KIDZ BOP, he oversees the #1 Music Brand for Kids featuring today’s biggest hits “sung by kids for kids.” Under his guidance, KIDZ BOP transformed from a CD compilation series into an integrated global brand that connects with kids and families through its music and videos, consumer products and live tours. KIDZ BOP has sold over 20 million albums, generated 4 billion streams and played hundreds of live shows since the family‐friendly music brand debuted in 2001.

Mr. Zaraya was previously President of Razor & Tie, one of the largest independent music companies in the world, prior to its acquisition by Concord.

He serves on the board of A2IM, the Association of Independent Music, the pre‐eminent trade organization representing independent record labels in the United States and is a founding WIN Council member; WIN is the Worldwide Independent Network, a collective voice for independent music companies and their national trade organizations worldwide. Mr. Zaraya graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Business Administration. He resides in New York City with his wife and two children.
