Mark Eisenberg is responsible for identifying and executing new applications for SoundExchange’s world-class distribution platform, while developing new commercial relationships with existing and potential licensees of music rights.
Mark has been a leading architect in the digital music space since its inception in the late 1990’s. As Sony Music Entertainment’s EVP and Head of Business & Legal Affairs for the Global Digital Business Group, Mark was responsible for licensing the full spectrum of evolving digital distribution platforms — including fixed-online and wireless-mobile delivery, and consumer pay and ad supported business models.
Mark launched a successful media consulting practice as the principal of LatticeWorks Media, representing both digital start-ups and established media companies in the areas of music, television and film content acquisition, distribution, data analytics and social media. He most recently served as Global Head of Content Acquisition and Strategy for MixRadio. Mark received a law degree from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University.
