As a part of our continual efforts to make the SoundExchange user experience as good as it can be, we are introducing a new platform to handle credit card and ACH payments made online through Licensee Direct. The new platform, Braintree (a PayPal service), is designed to create a smoother and more efficient experience within Licensee Direct.
While there will be slight visual changes (for example, you will no longer be redirected to a separate URL), please be assured that your royalty payments will continue to be handled safely and securely. Below are examples of what the updated payment screens will look like in Licensee Direct.
