This is an important announcement to all Licensees regarding our payment address.
Effective October 12, 2021, the SoundExchange payment mail and delivery service P.O. Box address will change to a new location in Philadelphia. If you currently submit payments by mail or delivery service, please update your records starting October 12, 2021 to use one of the two addresses below. We will follow up with a reminder in early October.

Payments prior to October 12, 2021 (address change effective date) should continue to be submitted to the current Baltimore address. The Baltimore P.O. Box address will be in service for a short time after the address change date to ensure no payments are lost in transition.
If you currently pay us by credit card, e-check, ACH, or wire, there are no changes. If you are not currently using Licensee Direct for payment submission, we encourage you to do so. Licensee Direct offers expedited payment processing and convenience for payments up to $100,000.
