Michele Page is General Counsel and serves as chief legal advisor at SoundExchange. In this role, she oversees the comprehensive legal functions of the organization, including regulatory issues, enforcement programs, rate proceedings, corporate governance, and compliance.

Boasting a background in music, media, technology, and consumer brands sectors, Page’s career includes roles with Peloton, Nielsen, EMI Music Publishing, Sony/Jive Records, and the law firm Pryor Cashman LLP in New York. She has deep experience aligning stakeholders, navigating change, advancing business objectives across evolving media and tech landscapes.

Page earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
